To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係舖頭出面已經聞到佢哋最出色嘅4小時熬製藥膳湯底香味，每樣送都好好味，食到小店嘅用心製作，雖然餸菜睇落好似好貴，每樣餸都要+10幾蚊，但其實CP值超高份量超多，嗌了燒豬腩肉可以有五至六件，仲要大大件，燒得好香，調味入味好好味，之前喊外賣已經覺得好好味的何車，牛舌芯薄切好嫩好香牛味，燒豬頸肉上面有孜然粉好味程度同燒豬腩肉不相伯仲好難取捨兩個都一定要嗌，糖心萝卜細細舊，但係好甜好林好入味，豬紅又係，好入味，好味！！碗麵都好大碗，朋友話啲餸好似食極都仲有，我地兩個人都食得好飽
