餐廳以海洋為主題,以船同海洋生物作擺設。環境微暗,帶一點浪漫氣氛。黑松露菌醬意式馬斯卡普芝士夾心pizza得獎作品,一個pizza竟然有三種食法。第一種係清食,品嚐黑松露同芝士嘅獨特味道,外層香脆,內裏軟綿。第二種係沾上自家製提子酷,帶微酸而又帶一點甜,可以防止過油膩。第三種係再加上有機沙律菜,入口多一份爽口感。炸香脆軟殼蟹外層炸得脆卜卜,份量大,而且蟹夠軟熟,都夠入味。但炸粉如果少D會更佳。法國鵝肝伴蘋果沙律香脆面包加鵝肝就係絕配,鵝肝嘅濃郁香醇令人愛不擇手。 蘋果沙律可以略減油膩,兩者配搭甚佳。焗蜜糖雞翼雞翼好入味,蜜糖唔會太甜,而且熱辣辣。心太軟朱古力布甸流心朱古力配埋布甸都幾甜,啱哂鐘意食甜嘅朋友。加州牛油果沙冰平時餐廳比較少有牛油果沙冰,好軟滑又帶D脂香,淡淡嘅清香味,值得一試。
