石上燒喺香港唔係新鮮事,所以無謂介紹個食法有幾得意、有幾特色,環境有幾日式,直入正題,究竟好唔好食!環境☑️☑️☑️餐廳唔算好大,大約2人或4人枱,坐得都算ok。味道☑️☑️☑️☑️☑️今次同女友食咗2款菜,分別係板燒吉列牛同秘•燒黑松露吉列牛,前者賣相見到肉身油脂分佈好靚,所以簡單燒至6,7成熟就已經香口好味;而後者黑松露牛雖然油脂比重無咁高,但加入黑松露去製作已經味道特別,淨食唔沾醬都得,或者我都試過加少量鹽去食,味道有多一種變化。今次叫餐定食,所以有跟飯同有條魚喺入面嘅大根湯。飯加入咗鰻魚飯汁,所以甜甜香香好夾個牛,而大根湯入面條魚其實係墨魚滑,味道就無咩特別,影相打卡就ok。性價比☑️☑️☑️☑️兩道菜比以前都加咗價,$10咁多。板燒吉列牛$118,黑松露牛$158,再加定食有湯有飯,埋單$372。老實講味道好好,而分量偏少同牛肉較薄,對於我呢啲肥佬一定唔夠飽,但價錢對得住個品質味道啦。
