係香港人多地方約人食飯係要預好多時間等位, 於是朋友提到大坑食… 來到呢間餐廳, 好快有位, 餐廳內好舒適, 又不用叫破喉嚨同朋友傾計, 又多選擇.我地先點左3個前菜:炭燒北海道帶子 $138好大隻, 啖啖係肉, 肉質嫩滑, 加埋蕃茄粒酸酸甜甜地嘅醬汁令胃口突增.白啤煮蜆 蜆的鮮味無俾白酒搶走它的鮮味, 反而帶蜆的鮮甜, 並保留白酒的味道. 蜆汁當湯來點意大利香草包,味道好夾.炭燒安格斯牛店主推介呢個主菜俾我地, 烹調的溫度恰好(5成熟), 肉質爽滑. 加埋配菜(秋葵, 紅蘿蔔, 豆角, 薯蓉…), 真係色味俱全.西班牙式燒乳豬 1/4另一必食主菜就係西班牙式燒乳豬. 平時食的乳豬主要係食脆皮為主, 今次就與中不同, 就係連埋厚厚的肉一齊食埋, 不但皮脆, 肉質也好嫩滑. 令我同朋友搶食.佳餚, 當然要配美酒, 白酒微甜易入口!最後, 我地點了蘋果拿破崙作為一個完美的結束!

好大隻, 啖啖係肉, 肉質嫩滑, 加埋蕃茄粒酸酸甜甜地嘅醬汁令胃口突增.

白啤煮蜆 

蜆的鮮味無俾白酒搶走它的鮮味, 反而帶蜆的鮮甜, 並保留白酒的味道. 蜆汁當湯來點意大利香草包,

味道好夾.

炭燒安格斯牛

店主推介呢個主菜俾我地, 烹調的溫度恰好(5成熟), 肉質爽滑. 加埋配菜(秋葵, 紅蘿蔔, 豆角, 薯蓉…), 真係色味俱全.

西班牙式燒乳豬 1/4

另一必食主菜就係西班牙式燒乳豬. 平時食的乳豬主要係食脆皮為主, 今次就與中不同, 就係連埋厚厚的肉一齊食埋, 不但皮脆, 肉質也好嫩滑. 令我同朋友搶食.

佳餚, 當然要配美酒, 白酒微甜易入口!

最後, 我地點了蘋果拿破崙作為一個完美的結束!
