串燒店,串本屋,在鬧市中的一家串燒店。係你坐底左之後就會有個冷蕃茄前菜,酸酸甜甜凍凍地,正正宣示左呢一餐既開始。我叫左好幾種唔同既野食,首先先叫左個封門柳,佢唔係一味話軟同淋,佢係界介於淋與韌之間,一攝纖維軟,一攝纖維韌,再加上滲出泥既肉汁。然後就係呢個帆立貝,我鍾意佢個重芝士同沙律醫既配合,令到本來惹味既帆立貝更加好食。壽喜燒,牛肉煙韌好食,雜菜夾埋d汁都好唔錯,易入口,唔會太咸,屬於襟食系列。然後仲有蒲燒鰻魚,佢係一種唔錯既選擇,唔會燒到焦晒又唔會乾得滯,一切都屬於岩岩好既狀態。最後就係雞肉串,食落去相當之嫩口,又唔會因為係串燒燒到乾晒無晒味,佢保持到該要既肉汁又保持到佢嫩口既感覺,值得一試。
