To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 替家人買東西，不知不覺來到佐敦一帶，餓了，路經此店，於是走進去。沿路的樓梯，大約走到二樓的，一個轉角，走進店內，店前有一排枱椅，很合一班好友談天。也有一排小梳化座位近玻璃窗，可看到店外的景色，很合適一對小情人，又或兩位知己好友，邊喝飲品，邊看窗外景色，邊談天談心，感覺非常寫意。店前有些小吃等，可供售賣。餐牌有著四份，有主食及甜品。想了一會，點了拉麵、小吃及飲品。先送上芝士奶蓋茉綠，綠茶入口清香，點點茉莉花味，清清的感覺不錯，杯面的芝士奶香味濃而不厚，兩種味道非常立體感，還是一個啤酒杯的那麼大，若連粉麵一起要的話，還只是半價，味道好兼而超值。豬頸肉闊條拉麵，頸豬肉一塊叠一塊，排得整整齊齊，豬頸肉很容易咀嚼，味道剛好，很入味，闊條拉麵雖不是特別吸引，也不差，與湯味配合，雖只是三十多元，感覺不是馬虎了事，比一般麵店來得吸引，這個價錢可謂交足功課。三色小點，滷水蛋，滷水味香，蝦丸爽脆彈口，雞翼香口，不覺得乾，外皮香脆，很簡單的小吃，卻又不錯。在這鬧市角落小店，室內闊落舒適，又有著玻璃窗旁座位看到街景，很有閒情寫意之感，就有如鬧市中的小仙境，給人安靜一下的好地方。
