To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間 cafe 主打健康輕食，每款菜式都會列明卡路里，特別適合愛美減肥人士😌藍色螺旋藻乳酪碗 ($78)呢個乳酪碗賣相一流，乳酪之所以變得湛藍係因為加入咗螺旋藻～ 原來螺旋藻係超級食物，有豐富嘅營養素，仲有抗炎和抗氧化嘅作用～ 食完即刻覺得自己健康咗啊🤓輕煎帶子黑松露菠菜牛肝菌意粉 ($78)呢款意粉加入菠菜、牛肝菌等比較健康嘅材料，連醬汁份量都係剛好，黑松露味唔算好濃但足夠😂 整體嚟講係正常發揮😆招牌藍莓乳酪雲石芝士餅 ($58)呢款 cheese cake 以乳酪取代忌廉，所以食落質感輕盈帶乳酸味，就算食左大半件都唔會覺得滯👍🏻 (我以前試過食一件藍莓 cheese cake 滯足8個鐘啊陰公...🤦🏻‍♀️）cheese cake 表面嘅係竹炭，足見店主嘅用心💕焦糖鮮奶咖啡(H) ($44) (套餐價 +$25）一上枱就飄來焦糖香，甜度適中，咖啡味唔算好濃郁～Btw 室內嘅位置好少，大部分人都要坐出室外，雖然有太陽傘⛱️，但大熱天時食真係會好熱...😂
