從來都沒有想過,銅鑼灣一個鬧市中,竟然有一間食小菜,又性價比高的餐廳.越華會竟然係一個不住港島的朋友介紹!星期五相約友人去試一試,九點鐘到埗,餐廳內已經坐無虛席,證明有一定的吸引力!我們點了幾個小菜.椒鹽豆腐,脆脆的外皮,包住軟滑的豆腐,咬下去心都軟化了!招牌菜蔥油雞,一大堆蔥油堆在雞上,雞已經充滿了蔥油的味道,不需要再點醬汁,雞本身亦軟硬適中!中式牛柳,鑊氣十足,牛柳亦好軟身,但我相信是落得太多梳打粉,少了牛柳本身得質感!兒時回憶,蛋散,沒有什麼特別,只是好少餐廳有得食!
