Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友銅鑼灣放工，我們就相約銅鑼灣食飯。銅鑼灣一直都是很多日本餐廳的集中地，價錢都不便宜🫣。但是今天無意中，讓我們找到這間性價比超高的刺身壽司專門店😋餐廳環境走簡約路線，環境光猛乾淨，職員服務都好好，上菜速度都算快👍🏻🌟火炙三文魚手卷 $24三文魚份量很多，我們二人都可以分享食😋🌟味之鰻卷 $45軟熟的鰻魚，上面再有火炙芝士👍🏻🌟三文魚三味 $38有齊原味三文魚、火炙芝士三文魚及蟹膏三文魚，建議由原味開始食，就可試出不同材料的鮮味😋🌟香蔥吞拿魚腩壽司 $15價錢有驚喜，因為本人最喜歡食吞拿魚腩😋🌟甘粟紫薯餅 $42屬於餐廳自家製，紫薯蓉香甜，而且加入栗子粒，外邊炸到十分鬆脆🤤🌟三文魚海膽丼 $118三文魚足足有四五塊，海膽鮮甜而且佔了半碗飯🫣，份量十足！
