To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間日式串燒位置唔係好開揚,位於一條巷仔既角落位,(不過條巷仔每日都有好多人經過的)餐廳既裝潢好有工業風格👍🏻👍🏻「藍粟米片酸乳酪」第一次食粟米片係紫藍色的口感比普通粟米片厚身啲,但脆度仍然十足配上酸乳酪,味道增色不少!酸乳酪唔會淨係得個酸,仲有適當嘅甜味,所以真係好好食「串燒雞拼盤」雞軟骨 x 2; 雞髀肉 x 4呢度既雞軟骨好特別同平時食既好唔同!唔係一粒粒的,係一塊軟骨,再加一塊雞肉,整個口感更加實在,加左黑胡椒一齊燒,味覺更豐富「燒豬肉卷飯團」豬肉卷既醬汁好惹味同時燒得岩岩好,完全唔韌不過中間既飯團滲透唔到啲豬肉卷醬汁!所以食落感覺有啲分離,如果啲醬汁可以滲到落飯團會更美味食串燒當然要配燒酌🥃

口感比普通粟米片厚身啲,
但脆度仍然十足

配上酸乳酪,味道增色不少!
酸乳酪唔會淨係得個酸,仲有適當嘅甜味,所以真係好好食

呢度既雞軟骨好特別

同平時食既好唔同!
唔係一粒粒的,
係一塊軟骨,再加一塊雞肉,
整個口感更加實在,
