我鍾情於日料美食,所以我經常會選擇吃不同的Omakase,因為只有Omakase才是最新鮮的,廚師會在你面前制作料理,而且用最快的速度把美食送到您手上。銅鑼灣這家Omakase,環境清雅,位置寬敞,而且店員也很好聊。我們4人點了一支清酒,Sui Kyoku Junmai Daiginjo 720ml 翠玉純米吟釀,酒濃度只有15%,入口清甜,醇滑易入口。前菜是一客沖繩水雲日本海髮菜,海髮菜入口幼滑,紫菜的口感。上面有松葉蟹肉,蟹肉結實,配以自家制的酸汁,十分醒胃。鮟鱇魚肝配柚子汁,魚肝綿綿的口感,不腥,味道很獨特。汁煮磯粒貝,一隻海螺,肉厚質感彈牙,汁吃到有少少玫瑰酒香,清甜可口。小龍蝦刺身,這道菜十分新鮮,上來時蝦鬚還會自己動,像剛從海裏撈上來即食的龍蝦,蝦肉很厚極為爽口彈牙,鮮甜美味。蝦頭用來餚慕蓉菇湯,湯帶有濃濃的菇味,鮮味無窮。原隻紫海膽,海膽配以高湯啫喱,而且以三文魚籽及烏魚籽鋪在海膽上,除了賣相豪華十足,而且使淡淡的海膽增添多層豐富的味感。酱油腌帶子,一件洁白的帶子,厚切,配以七味粉及與紫菜一併吃,外脆內軟。北寄貝刺身,上來時一大片北寄貝,清甜爽口無比。赤貝、青魚及金目鯛壽
