To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晏晝飯又到搵食時間今日去左銅鑼灣食呢間日本料理一入到去坐 staff已經比左個口罩袋我地裝住個口罩仲要消毒酒精液提供好貼心！午市來講都算幾多選擇，除咗套餐之外仲有小食同埋甜品叫完餐之後就即刻送咗個麵豉湯，夠熱，清清地幾好飲想食刺身所以叫左呢個定食一上枱已經覺得好吸引！總共有五款刺身，各兩件～第一啖咬落去已經食得出勁新鮮！我平時好少食非三文魚嘅魚生，但呢個油甘魚真係好出色，魚味濃又唔腥，口感軟滑，食得出係高質野其他都好新鮮，三文魚夠厚切，好正仲要讚下佢個醋飯酸味適中，啲飯夠凍，一啖魚生一啖飯好滋味朋友就叫左個壽司同烏冬嘅定食，當然刺身嘅份量梗係冇我嗰個咁多啦，不過都係夠新鮮同埋高質素，價錢亦都只係60幾蚊，非常抵食。小食竟然有我最鍾意食嘅炸芝士年糕，所以即刻叫咗啦！炸完之後啲芝士有流心效果，煙煙韌韌咁好滿足朋友就叫咗個茶碗蒸～等候嘅時間雖然要耐啲，不過整出嚟非常滑，好有蛋香，等待係值得嘅整體來講，果然朋友介紹得冇錯！呢間餐廳好高質，而且價錢相宜，另外，啲職員嘅服務態度亦都非常好，午市時段有好多客人都冇黑面好難得😂一定會再encore！
