To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友相約在銅鑼灣聚舊，友人鍾意食日本料理便揀左這間在金百利廣場內的築地覓食😋即時係平日晚市這裏還是有不少人在等位，看來人氣不錯🤪兩個人要左個精選二人前包沙律小食主菜甜品同飲品都只係$268，認真抵食🤩先上黎既蟹籽沙律鋪上滿滿蟹籽同蟹柳，撈埋沙律醬絕對是簡單但滋味既經典沙律之選😎蟹籽堆到超高😋小食我地揀咗板燒香蒜牛舌。牛舌燒得岩岩好，唔老唔硬易咀嚼，配上偏甜嘅燒汁都唔錯😋兩個主菜我地其中一個叫左牛肉壽喜燒，雖然影相賣相好似唔係幾好咁🤪但係味道絕對搭夠番😚壽喜燒汁唔會太濃太甜，牛肉配上溫泉蛋的蛋汁，夠曬正😉壽喜燒仲配有大量蔬菜菇菌同滑豆腐👍🏻而另一個主菜我地就叫左泡菜黑豚肉石鍋飯，這個一吃有驚喜🤪黑豚肉是豬頸肉和腩肉部位，肉質彈牙富油脂香，將泡菜同白飯拌勻，每一口都超惹味😚最後上的甜品是北海道牛乳布丁🍮布丁嫩滑超重牛奶味，食完真係超飽🤪吃完甜品在喝著跟餐的飲料聊天，和友人在築地過了一個相當滿意的晚上😚特別要讚嘅係餐廳冇一次上晒所有食物，晚市人多都冇趕我地走，而係前菜、小食同兩類主菜都分開上，令我地可以慢慢品嚐😋總體來說就是一間性價比高的日式餐廳😎
