Restaurant: Concept Big Grains
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

灣仔呢個地方我放假都幾鍾意嚟hea下，因為真係好多美食😋，無論大街定小巷都好靚🍀。上次試咗最出名嘅麵包店，今次試另一間呢間舖好專業，唔止麵包，仲有芝士，cake同nuts 賣👍，可慢慢行下。要咗個榛子之舞，其實即係牛角包🥐但個造形有少少唔同，另外加啲榛子。牛角包本來就已經係邪惡嘅軸心，不過我真係好鍾意食都無辦法，呢個榛子之舞啲酥一層層好香，面好脆，囗感1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣分，不過魔鬼在細節😈，咬咗2，3啖，原來中間有好多榛子同醬，真心heavy , 又真心好味。
