To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從有一次去台灣旅行,食過花月嵐拉麵之後,一直都念念不忘。直到有一次經過佐敦白加士街見到熊拉麵,呢間舖頭亦都有得食魚介湯嘅拉麵,一直都想去試下,結果,今日終於搵到機會可以去試下這款魚介湯拉麵,同我之前食嘅魚介湯拉麵味道係唔係一樣了。今日大約4點去到熊拉麵,可能因為係下午4點多,店裡只有一枱客人堂食。我坐左係吧枱前面,好快咁揀好我要嘅拉麵,魚介湯底,火炙肥叉燒,普通硬度嘅麵,要走蔥,唔包餐飲,需要單點。落左order之後,大約等左5分鐘,熱辣辣,香噴噴嘅拉麵就由職員拎到番面前。拉麵望落去,份量還可以,有一片叉燒,一隻流心蛋,木耳絲。首先試左一口叉燒,叉燒入口即溶,唔會太咸。第二口試拉麵,拉麵煮得剛好,唔會太硬,亦唔會太淋。第三口試了魚介湯底,湯底飲得出冇落味精,亦唔會太咸,味道適中,但唔似花月嵐嘅魚介湯底,相比之下,熊拉麵嘅魚介湯底比較淡口。整體嚟講,偶爾想食拉麵嘅話,熊拉麵係一間唔錯嘅舖頭。
