響銅鑼灣一條橫街原來有一間隱世既空運新鮮魚既日本料理店,看門口餐牌,以新鮮魚為賣點,有啲從未試過的如梭子魚和高部魚,全部都以燒烤為主,牆上掛了廚師推介的巧手菜。我同朋友在近門口位置,所有座位都是一排向住廚房的,見到多日本人都前來食,就知正宗日本菜。先叫碟小食酒煮文蛤蜆$58,清酒清甜,蜆肉夠彈牙,有好多隻,份量足夠,唔會過熟。經店員推介下,叫了兩味鮮魚,先來的前菜,有新鮮沙律菜,車厘茄,酸蘿蔔沙律,另外有一小碟前菜係新鮮魚生,有鮮甜的帶子,仲有原隻新鮮赤蝦,好有黏度,新鮮彈牙,仲有至愛既三文魚。旁邊還有一碗麵豉湯,以為是一般的麵豉湯,點知飲下鮮甜無比,原來用左好多海鮮漁獲泡製而成,非常清甜,材料有蜆仔,豆腐,海帶,唔會太咸,剛好。主菜梭子魚$178,份量大條,第一次品嘗呢味魚,驚喜魚肉味重,鮮甜,肉質較結實,唔會腥,旁邊可放白蘿蔔蓉在醬油中蘸來食,冇咁熱氣,又冇咁膩,好值得食。另一海魚叫了同樣是日本直送的喜之次,出名是深海紅寶石的喜之次,只不過是$248,抵食呀!肉質較散,但勝在好清甜,而且外皮及魚鰭香口卜卜脆。好似仲未飽,再叫多碟小食,唐揚酥炸墨魚鬚$38,煙韌彈牙,夠晒酥脆。鐘意飲
