To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經過呢間西班牙fusion餐廳好耐,終於搵到時間約朋友來試試!餐牌食物種類一目了然,有沙律,Ceviche,主菜如:意粉,墨西哥風味烤雞,西班牙海鮮飯等,前菜,Chips & Dips, Tacos,Tapas及日式串燒。一次過可以試到幾款我最愛嘅料理,真開心!先試試呢度嘅tapas,點咗西班牙八爪魚($78)。份量唔多,不過味道惹味。八爪魚口感爽彈,薯仔粒炒得香口,送酒一流!朋友想試下串燒,我哋揀咗3款:雞皮($38),牛舌($42)及五花腩($35)。牛舌燒得剛好唔會韌,仲保留少少肉汁。五花腩肉質軟嫩,肉味香濃。雞皮調味幾惹味,不過就略嫌燒得較乾身。整體都推薦試下!魚子醬蟹膏蟹肉意粉($158)主菜好多款都好吸引,可惜眼闊肚窄,所以今晚只係點咗一道意粉試下水準。意粉都有驚喜,價錢唔貴,但蟹肉份量好足料,每條意粉都沾滿creamy嘅醬汁,啖啖鮮味。

先試試呢度嘅tapas,點咗西班牙八爪魚($78)。份量唔多,不過味道惹味。八爪魚口感爽彈,薯仔粒炒得香口,送酒一流!

朋友想試下串燒,我哋揀咗3款:雞皮($38),牛舌($42)及五花腩($35)。
牛舌燒得剛好唔會韌,仲保留少少肉汁。五花腩肉質軟嫩,肉味香濃。雞皮調味幾惹味,不過就略嫌燒得較乾身。整體都推薦試下!

主菜好多款都好吸引,可惜眼闊肚窄,所以今晚只係點咗一道意粉試下水準。意粉都有驚喜,價錢唔貴,但蟹肉份量好足料,每條意粉都沾滿creamy嘅醬汁,啖啖鮮味。
