To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大家樂的平民早餐,款式多又飽肚,整體是ok的,其它不能要求太多。這份早餐主角是魚柳,標明是南冰魚柳,即是新面蘭鱈魚柳,肉質方面吃得出的確比越南鯰魚柳好,不過好腥,腥的理由有兩個:首先應該是解凍處理和清潔做得麻麻;第二個理由是個人問題:因為怕肥需把部份脆炸外表扒開只吃魚肉,沒有濃味的外層掩蓋,就吃得出那陣魚腥味。連同脆外皮的魚肉則不太覺得有腥味。而外外皮的粉漿雖然厚了點,不過香脆度是足夠的。牛乳炒滑蛋份量足,味道可以。多士不脆。咖啡ok。
