一入到去間鋪頭入面就見到有個恆溫嘅魚虹, d海鮮 就係曬入面, 見到d水好清,同埋d海鮮都好生猛, 即刻覺得可以試下,一坐低侍應就會好熱心咁同你講解鋪頭的特色野食,咁就一定要試下佢個原條石鍋烤魚啦, 咁有三種魚比你揀,有龍躉,桂花魚 同埋魽魚,其實魽魚係第一次聽,其他兩種都食過,所以今次就叫條魽魚試下,因為食唔到辣嘅關係,湯底就決定要清魚湯,落左單之後,好快就捧左個石鍋上泥,見到個湯隻色好白,飲落去好清甜,食得出落足料泥煲,肉眼可以見到嘅材料有雲耳,芽菜, 蒜頭,豆腐卜,條魚都幾大條,我諗有我前臂咁長,條魚應該本來就已經煎熟左,所以d肉好容易夾,魚皮煎到脆哂再浸湯,明明淋哂嘅魚皮係唔好食,個又因為吸左d湯汁而覺得好食,而魚肉好香好滑好軟,最重要係條魚除左條主骨之外係無細骨,可以盡情咁食唔洗驚食食下會有骨。一條魚好快食哂,見到佢d海鮮精選好似幾正,就叫左幾樣,韓國蚌仔刺身,好新鮮好鮮甜,咬落去好爽,完全唔洗加豉油,加左反而會遮左陣鮮味。珍寶石蠔刺身,見到成隻半個手掌大嘅生蠔已經好驚喜,起先以為會好腥,但係竟然無,落小小檸檬汁已經提到個鮮味,以為個蠔邊會好韌,但又唔係喎。元貝皇燒烤,好大舊

侍應推介話佢地個沙冰唔錯,有菠蘿/ 西瓜 /柚子/芒果,叫左個柚子味試下,滿滿嘅一大杯,都幾肯定係即做出泥,沙冰混合左柚子係入面,係真係用柚子做。
