Restaurant: Fresh Fish Soup (Ho Pong Street)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晚上過了十二點屯門還能在那裡吃個正餐?原以為只有麥當勞沒想到麥當勞邊的鮮魚湯也謍業到2點.鮮魚湯滾大鯇魚頭咀湯 $47魚頭的份量多 很滑但是有點腥味 如果有胡椒粉提供會更好湯也挺好喝 米白色的湯魚湯還是要熱熱地喝才好裡面的菜不會煮得太爛麵的部份我選了米線這裡的米線比市面上的細可是卻更有彈性些唯一不好的是 在麵裡面有不少魚鱗.豉汁蒸黃立倉 $60沒想到還附上一碗魚湯魚蒸得剛好不會太老 加上豉汁的味道就剛剛好 魚湯更清甜一點

魚頭的份量多 很滑
但是有點腥味 如果有胡椒粉提供會更好
湯也挺好喝 米白色的湯
魚湯還是要熱熱地喝才好
裡面的菜不會煮得太爛
麵的部份我選了米線
這裡的米線比市面上的細
可是卻更有彈性些
唯一不好的是 在麵裡面有不少魚鱗
