To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這家下午茶真心經濟實惠, 雖然已到下午茶時段,但人流也不算多,可以舒舒服服,休休閒閒地享受一個下午茶。我點了這款腐皮魚角米線,原本這是魚湯底,但我另外加兩元麻辣湯底, 雖然是小辣,但感覺比其他米線店的小辣較辣, 還好這列對我來說還是可以接受的辣。 米線大大碗,配料也不吝嗇,有榨菜、韭菜、芽菜和少量腐皮,三至四塊大魚角, 魚角一片片的,易入口,最重要還是魚湯底不會腥。 跟餐配了一杯熱柚子蜜,甜甜的,都幾潤喉。 大碗米線配熱飲,埋單都只是37元。真的很經濟,我覺得下午茶的份量和平時正價的份量沒兩樣。
