每次同honey星期六日lunch 時段過黎,幾乎冇一次係唔洗排隊的...雖然未至於要等好耐,每次大約等15-45分鐘不等。難得honey 今日12點左右就黎到,一於碰碰運氣先。結果好好彩咁俾我地拎到最後一張枱😍。(明明御和亭12點先開,我都只係拎到最後一張枱,唔通d 人等佢開門既!?)一落好單,店員即送上跟餐前菜,沙律,蒸蛋,麵豉湯。沙律好新鮮,連隻碗都是凍的,雖然一定係雪櫃拎出黎既,但keep 得好好,客人一點完菜就即刻有野食。好貼心❤️蒸蛋都好好味。有層微鹹既sauce 係上面,同本來淡淡地既蒸蛋混和,味道特別得黎幾好食。蒸蛋入面仲有菇,瑤柱,日式魚旦,少量粉絲,好足料!我點左「御和亭魚生丼御膳」。一如既往,超多魚生!我個人覺得御和亭有一樣做得比其他日本餐廳好,就係處理隻蝦。廚師係會「劏」開隻蝦,比你見到佢已經幫你處理左條蝦腸,等你可以安心食。值得一讚魚生又新鮮又大舊,有三文魚,八爪魚,油甘魚,一大隻蝦。魚生份量比起鋪係下面既飯仲要多,食得好開心黎呢度食,先會有食晒飯而仲有魚生食既情況Honey 就點左「鰻蒲燒御膳」。鰻魚燒得好靚,皮層香脆,仲好大塊好多魚肉,絕對唔係一般係超市見到

我個人覺得御和亭有一樣做得比其他日本餐廳好,就係處理隻蝦。廚師係會「劏」開隻蝦,比你見到佢已經幫你處理左條蝦腸,等你可以安心食。值得一讚

鰻魚燒得好靚,皮層香脆,仲好大塊好多魚肉,絕對唔係一般係超市見到果d 咁細條,可見御和亭呢度食材優質。師傅仲落左唔少鰻魚汁添😍岩晒用黎送飯食丫!嗯個鰻魚飯足料又好味,難怪honey 食到一粒飯都冇剩🤣

御和亭可能係大埔區最好食既日本菜!
