其實每星期都會到御和亭lunch / dinner食物質素及性價比一直保持得很好但你預咗食到好受氣 + 好似欠佢錢咁話說,我哋一點入座,講好咗60分鐘用膳時間。然後不斷催你落單,到咗12:55勁惡同你講叫你即刻埋單,因為已經夠一個鐘,但明明仲有5分鐘跟住極速收走你枱上兩杯水,仲要潑到成張枱都係水,果下我真係呆咗,我埋完單都冇一個鐘,唔使俾人潑水丫?跟住俾錢想用八達通,個阿姐叫你同佢等到部機有聲先移走,本身溫馨提示係冇問題,重點係態度真係超級差,命令你做嘢咁我仲好記得個阿姐係矮D負責收錢嘅食物係好好,但態度差成咁真係唔會再嚟食 continue reading

平時極少寫食評 除非間餐廳真係太過份…🙂🙂鋪頭關門時間寫住10pm 我地8:35pm左右入席 食到9:30左右 d侍應就係甘收走d碟 連有食物未食完既碟/食客進食緊個碟都想收走係咩事?當時仲有樣食物未上齊….仲要勁大聲係食堂叫入廚房 同洗碗個個講仲差幾個碗 然後幾個侍應企哂係我地附近望住我地食野又係咩事???食餐飯食到甘大壓力都係第一次…..另外9:30pm先黎話last order 有冇野要落單即係野食就俾落 錢就識賺 但食野時間就唔俾?如果以上既事發生係9:50pm或之後 我可以理解 但唔好營業時間寫10pm closed 9:30pm就開始黎趕客…1. 諗清楚你地係想做到9:30pm定係10pm2. 唔想甘趕就將last order 提前到9:00/9:15pm3. 一間收10pm既餐廳 請預留足夠時間俾洗碗工收尾清潔 依家俾我既感覺係9:45pm洗碗工就要收工甘 4. 提升前線員工既服務質素….common sense please食材味道係唔錯 但有食物質素既日本餐廳 香港都唔少🙂 甘既服務態度真係唔會再幫襯👎🏻👎🏻 唔係要侍應向客人卑躬屈膝 但起碼要有基本禮貌+服務🙂🙂🙂 continue reading

一段時間沒有到來,但水準仍保持一貫的高。今天非常幸運,門外竟有錶位泊車,而無需泊較遠的停車場。中午未到12時,門外已有人龍排隊預備入內,開店不久已坐滿,遲來的唯有等下一輪了。今天我點了”極上魚生丼御膳”,首先有沙律、湯、蒸蛋、前菜,蒸蛋是我喜歡的,口感非常細緻,之後到主食丼飯,赤海老及帶子非常新鮮,海膽、三文魚籽、碎金鎗魚腩拌飯好鮮味,份量足,每次到來都沒有失望,而價錢亦非常實惠,性價比高,值得再來。 continue reading

撞啱朋友生日,另一位友人係呢度翻頭客,推薦住北區嘅我哋一同去試!居酒屋位置唔算好多,不過今晚都係唔滿客,大概3 group人,20位左右。我地一行7人,都叫咗好多嘢食,魚生、熟食、沙律、天婦羅、烤豬牛、鍋物⋯⋯總括嚟講全部都無!伏!,可以放心試哂唔同食物。值得highlight係個魚湯🤩,我哋叫咗5碗,另外一鍋同一份魚湯烏冬,實在太出色,真係每人飲咗一碗有凸!個天婦羅蝦頭出色!埋單7人$2000幾,抵食! continue reading

落街搵野食,唔知食咩好嘅時候,就幾掛住間人潮洶湧嘅御和亭。今次終於有機會同三五知己去攞位,撈下呢間嘅好味到底有幾正!🤤首先,牛蒡質感幾得意,脆口酸甜,刺激下味蕾算係開場白。至於枝豆,第一份有啲過咸,唔過順嗲嘴,轉瞬間已經攞光光。第二份就岩岩好,清新自然,得閒唞兩粒都幾嘆。😌串燒環節,哥哥,燒雞髀係明星級別!肉質嫩得滑,每啖都飽滿咁彈牙;燒墨魚仔做得幾好,唔會硬梆梆,話晒加上青檸就幾有提味。而其他雞內臟系列我就pass咗,聽朋友講都幾正。👏講到丼飯🍚,米粒粒分明,魚生片片新鮮厚切,幾滿足。只係個玉子差少少,要甜啲先至上心頭。話說返,今晚嘅扛把子非壽喜燒和鰻魚炒飯莫屬!壽喜燒嘅湯底夠晒醇厚,牛肉滑溜,飲落去暖笠笠。而鰻魚炒飯嘅燒汁香味簡直霸晒口,鰻魚滑嫩,每粒飯珠都包裹住濃濃日式燒汁,不得了!至於豚肉炒烏冬,開始覺得平平無奇,但後來發現底部嘅醬汁,混合後整體味道得嚟又香又滑,烏冬呢,夠彈牙,略嫌豚肉平庸。總括嚟講,今次食飯體驗中上,好過中也算係滿意,和朋友一齊共度愉快嘅時光,呢個就係最正嘅啦!🥳 continue reading
