這間在黃埔與紅磡交界的日式餐廳,顛覆了我對魚生丼aka. “Sashimi Rice” (餐牌是這樣寫的)認知。😵‍💫因魚生飯俾熟蝦和熟三文魚!!!咁仲叫魚生??😨叫了兩碗魚生飯及其他小菜:一碗是「海膽魚生飯」($168),裏面隻蝦,係熟架!另一碗是「北海道甜蝦帶子魚生飯」($128),裏面三文魚,又係熟!同侍應講咗問題,對答如下:我:點解你魚生飯啲海鮮係熟嘅?佢:係咁架喎!🤷🏻‍♀️我:你餐牌唔應該叫魚生啦。佢一臉不屑🤷🏻‍♀️講真,價錢偏貴,食物材料不算新鮮,味道一般。最重要我學咗新嘢,上了寶貴一課!每次去日本餐廳吃魚生丼,記住不怕老土地問:魚生係刺身嚟架可?😆😆

講真,價錢偏貴,食物材料不算新鮮,味道一般。最重要我學咗新嘢,上了寶貴一課!
