To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

魚生飯，無論何時都是難以抗拒的。由於中午吃得飽飽，到晚餐時仍沒留有多大空間給晚餐。在這種情況下，魚生飯當然是個很理想的選擇。特上盛大蝦海鮮丼，海蝦大大隻，帶子，三文魚和吞拿魚。魚生是厚切的，厚切魚生通常都會有大滿足的感覺，這次亦不例外。新鮮的魚生加上微酸的醋飯，真好味，正。雜錦魚生飯有多種魚生碎，三文魚，吞拿魚，帶子，蛋，魚子。好豐富，每口皆可嚐到多種魚生，實在太好喇。魚生很新鮮，雖然是碎切的，但是也不算細，飯很黏，略帶微酸，應該是在煮飯時放入了酸，很好。
