To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 魚翅湯入面有蒼蠅同蟲蛹喺湯裡面。味道方面都唔好，湯底唔夠鮮美，冇咩特別嘅味道。魚翅自己嘅味道亦都冇咩特色，冇留低咩深刻嘅印象。而且，收銀員嘅態度都好差。佢冇禮貌同冷漠，冇咩服務意識。我覺得食飯唔單止係食物嘅味道，服務嘅態度同質素亦都好重要。作為一個食客，我期望可以試到令人難忘嘅美食。對於一碗高級嘅魚翅湯嚟講，味道係非常關鍵嘅。我希望餐廳可以聽取顧客嘅意見，改進湯底嘅調味方式，提升整碗湯嘅口感同味道。同時，餐廳亦都需要重視員工嘅態度同服務質素。好嘅服務態度可以提升食客嘅用餐體驗，帶來更加愉快嘅感受。總括而言，對於呢碗魚翅湯嚟講，我有好多唔滿意嘅地方。希望餐廳可以留意顧客嘅反饋，改進食物嘅味道同服務態度，提供更好嘅食物體驗。
