趁假日往大埔逛逛,回程時往食過番尋味既民華魚蛋粉麵醫肚,番尋味原因,食物價格扺食,魚蛋粉好食,可能是地區關係,這裡的套餐同市區民華差價是有幾塊之錢之距大埔民華叫得做魚蛋粉麵,魚蛋必然是重點喇(是晚所見,的確很多檯食客都是吃緊魚蛋河🤣)魚蛋麵今次試下魚蛋麵套餐(38元),D麪是沒有太鹼多水,吃耐了仍然爽滑---,麪內有魚蛋,魚片,魚角,魚皮套餐改叫油菜,碟芥蘭夠大碟,腍甜,比選飲品更化算呢-常餐是這裡的招牌菜, 無論早午晚時份黎我都係會叫。今次叫了薑絲牛肉通粉,一大碗通粉,內有鮮牛肉及很多切得很幼細既薑絲,千祈不要留它在碗底,這是不識寶了,而因有了薑絲關係,令成碗粉有種好特別的香味!配上餐肉 炒蛋及多士,加埋餐飲檸檬茶, 極滿足!-有人鐘情清湯牛腩飯(39元)牛腩及牛筋各半,是冇飯不歡的飯桶不錯的選擇……----近來天氣幾熱下,見到餐牌有多款粥,而且不是一般粥品店的款式,於是点了方魚肉碎粥(33元),粥底是潮州式的那種,但內裡的方魚脆脆香香的,是粉麵飯外的另一清新選擇--最後還叫了西多士, 西多的確是難以抗拒的誘惑, 即叫即炸, 外層金黃香脆,內裡花生醬甜而不膩, 好食。總括來講,百伍元
