To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 人在佐敦,熊拉麵是穩陣之選,基本麵款白紅黑三款皆滿意之作,期限麵款亦有創意及有本店個性。今年我是首次到訪,上年2016年幾乎成為我日常的飯堂。不經不覺上環亦開了分店,佐敦店午市亦加了丼飯給食客選擇。今次到來,日籍胖子主廚仍在主理佐敦店,當然他的手藝是信心保證,特別是掌握煮麵的軟硬度以及揈去煮麵水的功夫很細膩。今次我點了期間限定的香魚湯拉麵及煎餃子,先說拉麵,香魚湯據店面海報是豚湯加添了五種魚包括沙甸魚、青花魚及鰹魚等的魚介,所以香味增加。再者魚湯再加上黑色的炸洋葱粒,更加之香味濃郁。飲罷整碗魚湯,好喝之餘完全不覺口渴。我選了火炙肥叉燒,脆邊之餘亦入口即溶,唔怕肥真心推介,但可惜期間限定至4月20日左右,N後有另一款味噌芝士卡波尼拉麵推出,所以試食要快。至於煎餃子一向薄皮肉亦算多,自家包餃似足小小元寶,要咬兩口才吃完一隻,加上是用煎鑊煎成,口感不俗,一碟五隻,兩人叫一碟剛好。
