Restaurant: Fresh Fish Soup (Ho Pong Street)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 魚湯泡飯又有新菜式啦🎉記得岩岩新開個陣食真係好正好好味，好重魚味，湯底仲係奶白色。雖然裝修過改左名，但其實都係個個老闆娘，個張menu 😛差唔多兩點過到黎，門口都仲有成班人等緊枱，好熱鬧。不過都只係等左陣就入得👍🏻見到有新菜式，當然要試試。鯇魚鮫魚湯泡飯 $47超大碗，每次都飽到上心口。可以轉粉麵，但我個得食呢啲有骨既魚，都係配飯match 啲🤣個湯比之前濃左啲(因為有排啲湯好淡口)，但都係岩岩新開個陣最正🙈魚鮫唔算多，一碗三舊，不過都算大舊同多肉，仲好嫩添🤤🤤最欣賞係個泡飯仲有菜，有齊白菜，菜心，啲菜都好鮮甜👍🏻雖然加左幾次價，但愛魚既小妹都係會一次又一次甘去幫襯😛
