To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

收工想食下日本野上網見到呢間餐廳啲壽司卷幾吸引所以就去試吓😆我地叫咗個2人set 好似多啲野食又抵啲😋前菜（3選2）我地揀咗中華沙律同柚子蓮藕片😆 中華沙律食落爽口仲幾大碗而柚子蓮藕片份量都比想像中多食落都係爽爽地柚子味好濃感覺好似食緊柚子咁🤣Signature roll (4選1）我地另外加咗$20試下佢個’魚全部都係魚‘ 嚟到既時間覺得好正好吸引佢係三文魚卷嚟而上面就舖滿咗好多吞拿魚蓉😍店員仲係上面加咗啲蟹子同薯片作點綴所以食落口感層次都提升咗整體而言都好好味因為好足😋Classic roll (2選1）其實兩個卷都好吸引最後揀咗費城卷因為壽司卷入面有牛油果芝士同三文魚🍣食落口感好正而且芝士味都好夠濃成日配搭都好好味🥳招牌(2選1）因為冇晒冷麵所以店員就俾咗個芝麻醬烏冬我地😆烏冬上面有好多料有蟹柳蛋絲青瓜等店員仲俾咗好多芝麻醬我地所以每一條麵都充滿住好多芝麻醬😍腐皮沙律呢個沙律係跟餐送既仲好大碗上面除咗有腐皮外仲有好多牛油果🥑裏面仲有啲青瓜同沙律菜配埋佢既汁一齊食又fresh又好味😋荔枝烏龍茶
