To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又來到與小學同學晚飯gathering既時間,我們以往都係食西餐、泰國菜、越南菜比較多,今次我們一於來個突破 --- 食中菜。今次我們有6個人,原本想去試試其他中菜館,但因為其他心水都一早 full booking,所以最後就選擇來陶源酒家了。陶源酒家出名食鮑魚! 但因為我們資金有限,所以就沒有食鮑魚,反而叫了其他餸菜。哈哈第一碟,是「小食」炸素鵝。別以為小食就是細細碟份量很小,但這碟素鵝就很大大碟! 除了份量大,味道亦好好! 我本身好鍾意食素鵝,但有些地方的素鵝炸得比較乾身、餡料亦唔足夠。 但這裡的素鵝就炸得好鬆脆可口,餡料亦好足,啖啖都好香好滿足! 跟接素鵝上場的,是另一款「小食」炸茄子。這碟炸茄子就比較似小食的份量,不是很大碟,但味道都是幾好的。茄子切到細細粒,食起來就好方便,而且每粒都炸得好香口,外表脆、內裡是茄子肉,好味!之後,就開始來到主菜了! 首先是菠蘿咕嚕肉。 菠蘿咕嚕肉在很多地方都可以食到,但要煮得好味就唔係咁容易。 這裡的菠蘿咕嚕肉就中規中矩。 醬汁的甜、酸比例調校得OK,唔會太甜或太酸。 其次,菠蘿亦唔會太酸,而豬肉就好嫩、沒有根,亦唔覺有好厚的炸粉,味道幾好!

這碟炸茄子就比較似小食的份量,不是很大碟,但味道都是幾好的。茄子切到細細粒,食起來就好方便,而且每粒都炸得好香口,外表脆、內裡是茄子肉,好味!

主菜繼續來! 這煲是濃湯雜菜煲,就算我現在過了咁多日,回想起這個煲,仍然覺得個濃湯好香好好飲! 而雜菜款式亦好多,唔會煮到啲菜太「林」,並且吸收晒濃湯的精華,好好食! 這個煲份量亦唔小,我們6人每人都食了很多,還有剩,所以我就唔客氣把剩下的濃湯及雜菜通通飲/吃掉了! 哈哈,實在太滋味啦!

接著,係我們好期待的賽旁蟹! 這碟菜的設計幾精緻,賽旁蟹煮得好入味,配埋唔太酸的醋一齊食,我覺得味道啱啱好! 這碟賽旁蟹用來送飯就一流啦。

以下這碟餸,亦好適合用來送飯的! 就是雜菌炒雞柳。我亦好鍾意這碟菜,因為一來雜菌的份量有很多,亦好入味。而雞柳亦一樣入味,唔會太咸,而且肉質幾嫩的。唯一不足是如果雞柳的份量可以再多些就更好,因為只有幾塊,我們6個人都唔夠分。

哈哈,剛剛提及過這些餸用來送飯就一流,那我們又點會唔叫飯呢? 但我們不是叫白飯,而是叫了這碟鮑魚粒雞粒炒飯。我們首先搵搵鮑魚粒,但真係唔容易搵,最後就每人都搵到一小粒! 哈哈,味道其實像鮑魚菇。 而雞粒、冬菇粒就有唔少,但這個飯滲滿了醬汁,我們都覺得過咸了。

這餐飯味道算唔錯,但以這個價錢,我們應該唔會再來這裡食小菜…除非我們想食鮑魚啦,或者會考慮來這裡試。(因為我見到差不多每檯食客都有叫原隻鮑魚呢! 哈哈)
Other Info. : 食飯途中,有幾粒塵由天花板吹落到我們的檯面,懷疑是來自天花板的冷氣出風口。幸好我們當時都已食飽…這裡的衛生情況有待改善!
