To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

另一主角紫蘇大閘蟹,每只雄蟹約有五両重,蟹色紅潤。拆開蟹蓋橙黃蟹膏滿溢,食味甘香黏口,滿足度高。至於蟹身,蟹肉仍算有不少,質感實在。可改善的是配上的醋,酸感略强,可調甜一點點。

嗜蟹之士,餐廳留有一特別選項可把蝦子烹花膠這菜式換上另一只蟹,安排富彈性。當然大閘蟹是少吃多滋味的美食,還是乖乖留位試另一道菜式。花膠幾大件,但未知是否切功出了問題,感覺上還是原條花膠好看一點。花膠肉厚度中等,膠質則稍遜預期。伴碟的菜蔬切成花型賣相不俗。

薑茶寧波湯丸是解蟹之寒凉的拍擋,個人應為薑茶緊接大閘蟹奉上時機更佳,但作為一道甜品又未嘗不可。薑茶口味偏甜,辛度相對低,驅寒效果不夠結實。湯丸煙韌度普通,芝麻餡亦未算製作出色。
