To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 八月頭,星期日,國金軒無訂枱無位,普遍高級食付都是這樣,回ISQUARE試試。阿一出名鮑魚,食唔起佢的鮑魚,試吓鮑魚穌,一嚐鮑味,一碟兩件,像雞批,皮質都似,但很少鮑魚碎,碎到食唔到甚麼味,可能餡料豐滿蓋過其味。要讚的是餐前小食,白色枱布,白色小碟盛載青色皮瓜,但原咬落去清爽清甜,無渣,是蕃石榴,是這天時暑熱,一咬透心涼,好過甚麼花生酸瓜。要介紹煎麵配海鮮汁$98,麵是粗肩加薄身,用靚麵,粉質幼及滑,輕輕煎,帶出香濃麵味,加上用黃色中式碗,感覺又與別不同,經理介紹先食一口麵,才加海鮮做獻汁一齊吃,享用的二種味道。要一提,經理及侍應,好殷勤招待,又勤力,要讚。
