上個禮拜突然想食日本菜🇯🇵 朋友就帶我去佢幫襯過既鮨一食晚飯~ 雖然而家荃灣對我黎講少少遠🤏🏽 但係有好西食,食完又有街行,成件事令小長征抵番哂💁🏽‍♀️ ➿ 子持魷魚筒 ($78)燒釀魷魚筒🦑就食過,子持魷魚筒就第一次食,入面釀左魷魚鬚同埋魷魚子孫喺入面😛 口感比想像中唔同,以為內外都彈牙,但原來釀料幾軟綿~➿ 鮟鰊魚肝 ($98)同樣第一次食既野有呢個鮟鰊魚肝,原來係日本既高級食材,又有個名叫「海中肥鵝肝」😆 以他他形式處理,口感細滑~➿ 鹽燒活白鱔串 ($68)白鱔既魚皮燒到脆卜卜,鱔肉紥實,充滿魚香~➿ 牛油果軟殼蟹反卷 ($78)牛油果🥑配軟殼蟹係無敵既,牛油果熟成度剛好,軟殼蟹新鮮即炸,所以整體不錯👍🏼➿ 火炙魚生丼定食 ($158)定食包括沙律同埋味噌湯~ 魚生丼配料多,特別喜歡帶子既鮮甜,同埋左口魚邊既脂香😋➿ 今鮨—— 千層海膽飯 (升級馬糞海膽: $248)馬糞海膽成為一座小山丘,而下面仲有吞拿魚蓉,同埋壽司飯,另附上紫菜,兩種高質食材,兩種食法,一次滿足兩個願望✨✨ 色澤橙黃既馬糞海膽,口感嫩滑,味道濃郁,正👍🏼➿ 抹茶蕨餅 ($28)蕨餅有軟糯感,沾滿抹茶粉,抹茶
