多得網上飲食誌拍片推介,得知托壽星仔女鴻福,於其生日前後一星期內到臨「鮨逸」享用廚師發辦晚餐,全單可享八折優惠(優惠期至3月31日為止),週四晚為好友慶生,XO仔請客都深感特別歡欣。樓上壽司屋座落於銅鑼灣核心地帶,大廈對面就係地鐵站,交通方便得很。新店佔用面積全層,並無設置私人廂房,步出升降機門即可望到整個用餐大堂內嘅壽司吧位及合併式散座。和式以木為主嘅間隔樸實開揚,窗邊可見少許可愛嘅擺設,最搶眼就係天花上與外出蔚藍天空極為相襯嘅球狀燈飾。既然有心要黎食廚師發辦,訂座時就講明要坐壽司吧,並確認當真可享網上所提及嘅生日折扣。除咗餐牌之外,壽司吧枱上只擺有自用餐碟及筷子。埋位後迅即有暖手嘅綠茶。清酒項目共有兩頁,每頁下方清楚列明如貴客自攜佳釀,開瓶費為$200一樽720ml及$350一樽1.8L。據悉,晚市最受歡迎就係二十五道菜嘅廚師發辦套餐($1,280/位)。其餘散點項目則有三頁之多。為兩口子備餐嘅B師傅忙碌地處理食材之時,先呈上薑片及爽脆開胃嘅漬物。「鮨逸發辦」第一式為鮮紅清爽嘅「水果蕃茄」,由於糖份較高,所以完全唔覺酸。第二道嘅「無添加水母」晶瑩有光澤,咬落爽脆非常,輕輕黏上杯中嘅
