To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日同妹妹去食晏，就去左位於九龍城Mikiki既元氣壽司食壽司唔知係咪因為唔近地鐵站，即使星期日中午去到都唔駛點等位。由於無食早餐，我地都點得幾多壽司~三文魚腩壽司上面舊魚生幾厚肉、而且魚肉都幾新鮮。至於長嗜吞拿魚壽司都唔錯，塊魚生同魚生上面既辣椒同沙律醬好夾，好好味！玉子壽司係我的至愛！厚厚既玉子包住少少飯，啲玉子唔會太膩，仲有啲飯送入口，成件壽司真係好正！炙熱左口魚群邊又係我另一至愛！燒過既左口魚群邊散發住淡淡既魚香味，魚油都經過炙燒之後滲哂出黎，食落去有入口即溶既感覺。另外，花之戀又係另一推介！三至四片既三文魚，配以面頭既沙律醬同三文魚籽，食落口，三文魚既鮮味、沙律醬既甜味同三文魚籽脆卜卜既口感，簡直係完美既配合！
