原來客家人由太子搬左黎長沙灣,餐廳面積仲大左~雖然餐廳叫左“客家人”,但其實除左傳統特式客家菜之外,午市都有唔少選擇,仲有扒餐、港式炒粉麵、秘製湯皇飯,放lunch時間黎到當然多人,但好在舖頭位置闊落,所以坐得好舒服! 由於選擇困難症發作,經過老闆介紹過後,終於決定左叫個湯飯,同事就選擇乾炒牛河!秘製湯皇飯 ($49)可以揀2款餸,另外有時菜配白飯!湯底註明不含味精豬骨鮮魚湯底 (飲晒成碗湯都無口渴架!)我揀左豬肉丸/鮮牛肉/皮蛋 (加餸$9)~除左湯底抵讚,我想講呢度既配料每款都好新鮮,豬肉丸必試! 皮蛋係溏皮蛋好香口,好有住家菜媽媽既感覺乾炒牛河($52)係咁多款港式炒粉麵之中,老闆指明推介,share同事一碗仔,果然夠晒穫氣,用上幼身河粉,牛肉嫩口新鮮,份量十足! 再撈埋辣椒醬就一絕P.S.呢度服務態度好好,老闆娘好用心介紹菜單 (完全唔係hardsell既感覺)!材料實在,真心食湯飯好過食味精米線!
