我鍾意食福建菜,除了口味較不油膩外,菜式也相當豐富,最近係食鰻魚嘅最佳時節,莆田推出4款鰻魚美饌,分別以蒸、炸、燒、焗製作,一定要去試試啦😋添上普寧豆醬再焗製的「普寧豆醬焗鰻魚」~一試愛上😋😋鰻魚與普寧豆醬交融後,鰻魚嘅鮮味更為突出,肉質札實又相當Q彈,味道濃郁可口,非常下飯!!新菜式「閩南五香卷」係一道傳統特色美食,很家常嘅味道,以五花肉、腿肉、葱、馬蹄为主料,裹以豆皮,香脆可口、酥而不膩~嚟到莆田,一定要嚐嚐經典菜~百秒黃花魚,以明火現燜100秒即熱嫩上桌,保持原汁原味,鮮甜美味,肉質鮮嫩~百吃不厭嘅「石鍋滑豆腐」,石鍋上鋪左一層煎蛋底,加上豆腐,肉碎,蝦肉等,淋上秘製芡汁,非常入味,豆腐咬下去爆汁,這道又是一道下飯菜式😋「脆皮蒜香雞」,酥脆鹹香嘅外皮,滑嫩嘅雞 肉,蒜香十足,外脆內嫩太美味~呢度無論係環境、食物質素同服務態度都相當令人滿意,自家秘製的辣椒醬更是非試不可👍🏻
