限聚令放寬後,一向好客嘅數字Auntie即約會肥肥家族去食鐵板燒,仲專登揀咗間佢相熟而座上客都未聽過嘅「旭」。隱蔽於希雲街尾嘅日本餐廳門面係一個車房,招牌巧妙地於暗黑中猶如店名中之旭日亮起,甚有意思。打開趟門,即發現光線充裕嘅室內寬廣開揚,裝潢時尚有氣派。用餐大堂分為右方嘅壽司吧及左方嘅鐵板區,而中間長長嘅餐桌似乎暫作為分隔一點五米之二至四人散座。裝修嘅唯一及最大問題就係個洗手間設計,因為以可容納五十位食客黎講,全店只有一個男格及一個女格實在係唔夠用。九人派對被安排於店內唯一嘅一間廂房內進行,私隱度及空間感足,厚墊椅櫈舒適好坐;廂房最低消費額為午市$4,000、晚市$8,000。主人家早已交托老闆之一兼當晚嘅大廚Ken哥為晚宴自訂餐單。食材包括生猛嘅海鮮、紅潤嘅美國和牛及彩艷嘅蔬菜,豐盛得很。嘻嘻,有佳餚就當然要配美酒啦!自攜佳釀嘅開瓶費一律為$200/樽,大小同價。如果喺六頁酒牌中叫酒飲的話,則叫一樽免一樽開瓶費。XO仔出名八,未有食物嘅時間先攞咗份金光閃閃嘅餐牌研究。魚生廚師發辦及鐵板燒套餐均有三款可選。其餘單點項目都有兩頁之多。據悉,餐店開業至今已有四年半,一直都冇收取加一服務費
