今日經過灣仔，好想食拉麵。見到麵心國唔駛排隊，馬上入去。我叫咗個特製Tsukemen. 睇住師傅由收單到上麵，全程大約十分鐘。個麵係用粗麵，食落有口感。慢煮雞肉和五花腩嫩口，蛋入味，最重要係沾麵汁有好多料，連麵一齊食，味道適中，不會過鹹，帶點醬油香味。我個人喜歡夏天食沾麵，因為麵和汁不會太熱。所以我很快就食完。店員見我食完，主動地問我需要加湯入沾麵汁。師傅把清湯加入沾麵汁，然後多放京葱，味道十分鮮味，醬油味十分之出，一定要試😋下次再去，我想試撈麵。😉
