去銅鑼灣食野, 都偏貴, 今日約朋友試呢間澳門葡國菜,抵食喎,我們先叫了一碟冷盤-黑醋豬手($78),豬手處理得乾乾正正,皮脆,夾埋黑醋汁中和肥膩感,充滿膠質,好彈牙。另一道菜叫了烤焗盲鰽魚伴檸檬牛油汁煮海蜆($178),一大條魚,旁邊有8隻蜆肉,蜆肉鮮甜,還有牛油同忌廉味。平時少食盲鰽魚,原來肉質好滑,實肉的,完全唔會有魚腥味,其不需加檸檬汁,保留魚肉鮮甜味,加上其他配菜,有橄欖、黃椒紅椒、三款菇、檸檬片、洋蔥、同魚一齊食好juicy。我同朋友都愛食葡撻,我自己叫了兩個,朋友一個,分別叫了濃香咖啡葡撻同鮮橙檸檬葡撻作甜品, $14一個,鮮橙檸檬味夠特別, 帶清香, 重牛油香的酥皮,但咖啡味偏苦澀,唔係太襯葡撻味道,下次一定要試焦糖原味。
