探訪在外國回來朋友,順便入元朗聚舊,在豐年路呢間圓老爺鷄煲小廚晚飯,入到去見座位唔算好多,但裝修雅緻,古色古香!朋友話呢度鷄煲好正,於是點咗個飄香醤海皇鷄煲(半份$108)另外點咗個脆皮牛坑腩($88)一個泰式焗魚雲($98)一個蒜蓉清炒油麥菜($58)鷄煲以易潔鍋盛上,石油氣爐加熱,煑滾三分鐘,再焗一陣開蓋食得!嘩,一打開蓋就聞到香氣四溢,食落,鷄嘅肉質好嫩滑,配料有洋蔥芫荽,特別又香又辣嘅海皇醬汁,食味一流,而且半份鷄其實份量唔細!脆皮牛坑腩,以麵粉包住牛腩炸香上碟,不獨香脆而且富有牛味!泰式焗魚雲,微辣酥脆,真係連骨都食埋!送啤酒真係一流!蒜蓉清炒油麥菜,新鮮青嫩,簡單但甚有水準!整體服務同食材製作都能我好滿意、下次會再來光顧!
