To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🍴#一冰厅招牌生煎肉餅🐷咬一啖肉餅,入面熱辣辣,豬肉唔會太肥,裏面沒有洋蔥/芫荽,就算不用太多配料,都可以品嚐肉餅的鮮味🐷;外面煎至金黃色,煎得非常香口,好好味😋記得趁熱食!菠蘿雞肉炒飯🍍🍚 超大碟飯!炒飯粒粒分明,菠蘿和雞肉份量適中,唔會太油膩,味道唔錯😛"鮮油多夠「港」究 公司三文治拼薯條下午茶餐 另外兩位友人就同吃一份公司三文治,連薯條,真是很好大份喔,絕對夠兩個人吃,而且,公司三文治用料十足,計有餐肉、火腿、生菜、蕃茄、雞蛋,麵包又烘得夠脆,再者,薯條香脆不油,做得認真。  斑蘭西多士配沙律下午茶餐  友人說西多士吃過不少,大多數中間都是花生醬底,但見這裡是斑蘭醬底,那就要試試,為減低少少罪惡感,所以,就配健康的港式生果沙律。斑蘭西多味道不錯,入口鹹鹹甜甜,而沙律亦很好吃,吃時有份兒時情懷。 斑蘭鮮油多 + 熱奶茶 鮮油多士送到來,從外觀看來沒甚特別,但拿上手從中間看,有厚厚一大片的安佳牛油,這才像樣吧!雖然,多士烘得未夠深度,外層未至很脆口,亦只是微暖,但一口咬下去冰涼的牛油片,感覺真是鮮爽,而裡面塗上少斑蘭醬,微微甜,陣陣斑蘭香,跟牛油很搭配。熱奶茶是必然之選,最喜歡是用上

鮮油多士送到來,從外觀看來沒甚特別,但拿上手從中間看,有厚厚一大片的安佳牛油,這才像樣吧!雖然,多士烘得未夠深度,外層未至很脆口,亦只是微暖,但一口咬下去冰涼的牛油片,感覺真是鮮爽,而裡面塗上少斑蘭醬,微微甜,陣陣斑蘭香,跟牛油很搭配。熱奶茶是必然之選,最喜歡是用上大瓦杯,既有情懷,又較保溫。奶茶色澤對辦,深褐色得來有光澤,入口茶底醇厚之餘,茶、奶比例好,味道平衡,口感幼滑,是一杯沖得有水準的奶茶。
