To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日成日都期待住，因為夜晚可以食好西！！！第一時間嗌咗刺身，分別係三文魚腩同油甘魚！超級推薦三文魚腩，油脂豐腴，細綿甘美，超正！油甘魚都唔輸蝕，滑嫰有彈性，又無魚腥味~海膽帶子卷，表面係海膽同帶子，入面包咗青瓜、牛油果同蟹柳，口感豐富，清甜又帶啲苦澀。青龍，個名聽落去好霸氣！！面頭係海膽，裏面包住吉列蝦同青瓜~吉列蝦好脆口，同海膽配合出奇地夾！芝士雞卷，啖啖肉，好嫰口~加埋芝士醬，夠哂滋味！！！呢款甘栗紫薯餅係我最想試嘅一道菜，因為我鍾意食甜野~紫薯蓉好甜好溫暖，有秋冬暖心感~驚喜嘅位係，入面有栗子，本身都睇漏咗~栗子真係好甜，而且為成個餅增添層次同口感~最後係甜品拼盤，原本tiramisu蛋糕因為冇，所以畀多塊柚子蛋糕~柚子蛋糕面係有啲柚子果jam，但蛋糕就係檸檬味，都幾清新~牛乳杯幾好味，會推！好純嘅牛奶味，又滑身，係唔錯~
