Restaurant: Fresh Fish Soup (Ho Pong Street)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺屯門諗住早啲食飯先番屋企,平時都有幫襯開呢間嘅魚湯、泡飯啊、麵,價錢唔算好貴,所以早少少黎。未夠6點我地就黎到,有四、五枱客人,平時黎夜少少黎都爆哂啊,搭枱係基本,同埋都唔會好闊落,但我地當快餐咁食,所以冇乜所謂。今日早左,人冇咁多,坐得舒服啲。我地點左個泡飯,另外點左個梅菜扣肉飯餐,兩杯凍檸茶,埋單100蚊唔洗,算係咁。梅菜扣肉飯:類似碟頭飯啦,一邊餸一邊飯,呢個做法都幾好,起碼唔係鋪上面,啲汁唔會俾飯索哂,唔洗怕飯太鹹。梅菜扣肉味道都算幾濃,扣肉有四、五件,個人就鐘意啲扣肉半肥瘦兼有皮,呢度合格,又唔會太瘦。梅菜較粗身,唔會好鹹,甜甜地,色水都對辦,味道唔差。唯一可惜係啲飯…太硬,好似落唔夠水咁,我隔硬撈左女朋友碗湯飯啲湯,先哽得落。凍檸茶都有點失手,茶味唔濃,又唔夠甜,又唔係酸,唔知點形容。
