To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Late dinner, 快快落單，食物一會才上。吉烈豬柳，加$15轉套餐，包括白飯，前菜，味噌湯。白飯軟糯帶甜，煮得甚好吃。豬柳炸得夠脆，不過豬肉味略遜。椰菜絲不能跟井吉比較，差太遠了。鯖魚要差不多二十分鐘才上枱，應該是即燒吧。魚皮燒得香脆，魚肉結實，味道不錯，等二十分鐘也值回時間。多點一個牛肉薯餅作小吃，薯仔夠甜，不過就真的吃不出牛肉味啦，作為小吃可以及格，但如果作主菜就差一點啦。埋單二百五十多，還可以啦。
