To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

說起有豬皮的酸辣湯，我其實不是第一次接觸。記得今年 2、3 月時，鰂魚涌海光街附近開了這間山東餃子館，不過現在已執了。這餃子館的酸辣湯也是有豬皮的，那次真的看呆了我。記得點了酸辣蕃茄豬肉餃，一碗有 4 大隻，番茄餃好特別，不過皮厚了一點；酸辣湯極多餸，似糊多過似湯，好杰下，但味道都叫 ok，起碼嘗到酸和辣。只是這小店都幾貴，一碗餃盛惠 $29，還沒有飲品，原本想再來試下其他餃的，可惜冇機會。
