To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一間係鰂魚涌K11靚裝的日式居酒屋,主打日式串燒, 魚生丼. 午餐時人很多. 十二點半已經滿座,等咗15分鐘. 午市建議預早打電話訂位. 主食首推A4和牛丼, 牛味及油分充足,入口即溶,份量亦夠大, 整個set只係$2xx, 這級數的和牛在中環區賣$4xx份. 魚生丼方面亦有幾款選擇,魚生非常新鮮,份量十足. 裝修亦見心機,店舖座位雖然不多,大概可坐20人,但有六本木高級感覺. 雖然人很多,但服務生仍然殷勤招呼值得一賺👍
