今次這個選擇真系幾好,  放工同老友去尖沙咀  [鰻工房] 食日式燒鰻,  店子不大,  滿滿日式佈置,  帶著日本濃情.感覺好好,  像去了日本新宿的居酒屋. 看看餐單, 又經店員介紹,  我們 點了兩個 鰻魚丼套餐,  加 $18-   升了級, 有溫泉蛋, 漬物, 鰻魚肝白貝湯. 落了套餐單,  飲品可以優惠價計 $12.   我們選了玄米茶 和雪碧汽水.  鰻魚即叫即燒,    第一個鰻魚丼套餐送上, 原條蒲燒鰻魚丼  (升級套餐, 有溫泉蛋, 湯, 漬物)  一盤子送上, 好齊整. 先開開味蕾,  吃口漬物, 酸蘿蔔, 鹹菜 頂開胃. 再飲口 鰻魚肝白貝湯,   美味又暖胃.鰻魚燒得香,  好吸引,   丼顏色相當悅目.   蒲燒鰻魚  香氣四溢.  肉厚又大條,  鰻魚肉入口即化.飯面鋪滿了蛋絲, 枝豆,  及有兩片鳴門卷,   日本米, 入口香甜,  一口鰻魚, 一口飯,  真滋味!   我留下  3 份1  飯為後備食法. 吃鰻魚丼有教學指引,   依著做.   先向店員取碗熱熱的昆布高湯. 每張桌上, 備有紫菜和芝麻, 鰻魚丼加上高湯, 紫菜, 芝麻, 鰻魚茶漬飯便完

蒲燒鰻魚外焦內嫩, 香氣撲鼻, 醬汁帶甜味.  上面的 穴子好幼滑,  燒得肉嫩多汁,  香口惹味.  丼加上溫泉蛋非常好食, 朋友不做茶漬飯了.
