To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日經開金鐘，諗唔到食咩，經過呢一間一風堂，見到人都唔係太多，可能因為時間係已經去到5:30左右，唔使等位嘅情況下就入咗去食啦本身入嚟都本身預咗係會食拉麵，但係見到佢其他嘢都好吸引，於是就叫咗佢嘅飯類嘅食品。今次叫嘅係鰻魚飯，佢一上枱嗰個鰻魚係非常之吸引，望落非常之Juicy而食落個味道呢都非常之好食，非常之濃味，而佢個飯亦有足夠嘅肉汁去清晒成碗飯，所以非常之推介另外仲叫咗佢一個黑松露餃子，原來呢個餃子係非常之細粒，黑松露就冇一粒粒喺上面嘅，應該係個汁有少少黑松露味？下次可能是返普通味道OK。
